Vintage School Poster of Woffly the Rabbit and Quick-Ears the Hare by Eileen Soper

A vintage school poster of 'Woffly the Rabbit and Quick-Ears the Hare', illustrated by Eileen Soper for Enid Blyton's Nature Prints for schools. This print shows rabbits and hares in a downland setting with a view of the distant countryside behind them. It is no. 59 of Enid Blyton's Nature Prints for schools, which were available in the 1950s. Eileen Soper's signature is visable in the bottom right of the print. There is a thick black border around the print and the condition within it is good. The colours are bright and clear, but please note the multiple drawing pin holes in each corner of the poster and the patches applied on the reverse. This vintage school print by Eileen Soper for Enid Blyton is beautiful and nostalgic, with soft colours and detailed portrayals of the natural world. Size: 43cm x 53cm.
