This is a beautiful vintage two piece wedding ‘dress’ bought & worn in 2001. A delicately embroidered bodice & separate skirt, worn together to look like a dress. By Duraine Jones, purchased from an independent wedding dress shop in Kelvedon Essex. The dress is made in the UK & both top & skirt are 100% pure silk. The colour is soft gold /champagne. The skirt is layered, net, (giving fullness) silk & finally gauze. Hopefully demonstrated on photos. The detail on the bodice is simple but so very pretty, with 16 silk buttons & embroidered little daisy like flowers with little pearls in the centre of each. Professionally cleaned immediately after the wedding & both are in perfect condition as have been stored very well, hanging in a storage bag.
