These are New but with Defects. Boots were improperly stored for a long period of time on a shelf outside of their box. The gray soles got heavily soiled with areas partially protected by the self not so soiled. I cleaned the soles once and got the majority of the discoloration out. Other than that condition is excellent. No box with this item.
