Pokemon Japanese Neo Genesis 1 1999 Promo 9 card binder

This is a Promo binder with the first 3 pokemon from the neo line that launch in 1999/2000 sometime,it contains all 3 evolutions of the 3 with 9 cards total. The final stages are all holo(stage 1 & 2 are not like usual) it's a binder that holds them all together,cards have never been out of the sleeve & its still contains some promotion book in the back. It has some wear on the binder itself I added photos of(paper slightly torn at the fold an some wear marks from being over 20 years old an moving around with me) the cards themselves have never been touched by hand an look new from being in the sleeve all these years.
