Hello Kitty Ballpoint Pen, Shizuoka Limited Edition, with Key Chain

This is a Shizuoka-limited local Kitty-chan ballpoint pen, the Shizuoka strawberry version.
I purchased it almost 20 years ago, and it's a new, unopened, and unused item. However, since it's been a long time, I've listed it as "Like New."
It's a rare item that is no longer available for purchase.

The packaging bag has wrinkles and folds, but there are no stains on Kitty-chan or the pen itself. However, please be aware that this is a personal inspection, so there may be oversights.

It has been stored at home for a long time, and I haven't taken it out of the bag to test the ink. Therefore, I haven't confirmed whether the ink will flow or if it works. Please refrain from making claims.
