Heel height as per pics, Approx 12 cm I purchased these in the US and are size 11m which is equivalent to size 42 EU. The marks on the inside of heel are from heel cushion pads. I had dropped quite a bit of weight so used the cushion pads as my feet got small. Pads removed. Reluctantly selling these stunning heels, but they deserve more wear. No box but have a soft bag for them.
