Soft 100% cotton fabric. Low pile flannel. Machine wash. Pull over. V neck. Ruffled down the front sides. Ruffles on the sleeves. Button cuffs can be rolled up. Size 2 but is cut large a will also fit a 4. This dress will look great with leggings and combat boots. I like it with a belt also. It measures 34" long. 14" across the top of the shoulders. 23 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 17 1/2" across under the arms, 18" at the waist, 23" at the hips. Like new condition. Extra button sew inside. I ship same or next business day.
