This is a beautiful vintage 50’s green velvet side hat is made by debutante out of Washington DC … has a green velvet bow on the back … it’s made to be worn on the side of the head and has been up cycled with green sheer material pink flowers with green accents, pink ostrich, feathers, purple, violets, and a pink bow on the back that has peach colored ribbons, coming down the sides to tie under the neck to give more of a 40’s look .. really fun piece ! One of the feathers has a crack but is still attached .. has a hat pin included .. smoke and pet free the hat measures 7 x 7
